After two decades as a fixture in the city’s business community, this woman-owned marketing company looked to relocate its headquarters to the heart of vibrant South Austin. The concept for the space nested together a wide array of interlocking and flexible programmatic configurations that allowed the company to maximize its creative potential. Within the tightly gridded shell of the open office, floating pods provide diverse break-out spaces and conference rooms, and screen the social areas from the employee’s work desks. A spine of comfortable private booths anchors the rear of the space, while standing desks and counter-height workspaces embrace the continuous window wall opening out to the sunny street.
