Situated at the intersection of New York's famous Chelsea and Ladies' Mile neighborhoods, this modern building blends elegant innovation and traditional craftsmanship. White handmade Peterson bricks evoke the historical warehouse architecture of the surrounding neighborhood, accentuated with bronze window frames as well as the lower level's cast-iron aesthetic, which anchors the building to the streetscape and elevates its industrial heritage. This interplay between history and modernism continues inside, where metallic accents work in counterpoint to the warmth of wood flooring and cabinetry.
